The size of this house meets all my basic needs with the exception that it doesn’t have a garage. In that regard, I was thinking about building one and will be asking Brian to provide some contractor names to help me build one. I already told him, if I need to move or find another house in NH, he would be the first and only one I’d contact.

We were in an unusual situation in that we wanted to relocate from another state on the other end of the country, and wanted to find a home to buy and move into promptly so as to avoid a rent nightmare and multiple moves. We were stressed with all that our move entailed including selling our own property and trying to find a home in New Hampshire that ticked as many of our "must have" and "would really like to have" boxes as possible. When this house came onto the market, it was late in the evening and we contacted Brian asking if he could get over to it the next morning and look it over for us - not only did he respond at 10 pm at night, but he was there first thing the next morning and gave us all the detail we needed to make our offer. He did not delay in getting the contracts to us or to the seller's agent, and I am now sitting in a home that is better than I had hoped we would find. He helped us navigate the rocky waters of a seller's market where currently desirable houses are getting multiple bids. I would use Brian's help again and again and can't recommend him highly enough.
